WhatsApp's desktop app for Mac and Windows is identical to WhatsApp Web

FACEBOOK-OWNED MESSAGING SERVICE WhatsApp has released a desktop app for OS X and Windows.

Just as expected, WhatsApp announced a native desktop app for devices running Windows 8+ and Mac OS Ten.9 and above.
