Can someone please name an app that can work on iphone/ipad for voice and movie calls over the internet.. I already attempted facetime, viber, tango, skype with no luck

I use Skype, WhatsApp and FaceTime on an almost daily basis. Are you attempting on a specific network?
I use Skype mostly successfully but it depends not just on the telco, but where you are connecting from and who is blocking it, e.g. home, hotel, office, restaurant, mall, airport, etc.
Otherwise, get a VPN app. I use Cyberghost (iOS, Android, PC, Mac) but there are many other free and paid-for ones to choose from.
I also use Skype all the time. Where did you attempt from?
Millennium hotel.. Reception confirmed that skype does not work.. And i have attempted it on both wifi and 3g (etisalat) with no luck.. Whatsapp is working normally but also no luck with facetime movie nor voice.. Is there any app you can recommend?
Its not the app, its the hotel's IT security policy that is preventing you. Attempt going somewhere else. maybe Starbucks.
Does it work on 3g by any chance ?
Download a VPN app and you can hide what you're doing online from everybody. As I said earlier, I use Cyberghost, but there are many others you can choose from, and you can find free ones. VPNs work over both wifi and Three/4G.
Ultimately it worked!! Even however for only a limited 300mb package.. I downloaded vpn express on my iphone.
